Chicken Caesar: Housemade Caesar dressing, lemon marinated chicken, parmigiano reggiano cheese topped with shredded romaine lettuce and more Caesar dressing on top! (This week, we will make our Caesar dressing without the addition of anchovy)
Veggie: Housemade garlic scape aioli, roasted veggies (eggplant, red pepper, red onion, zucchini), roasted red peppers, brie cheese topped with fresh mixed greens and a drizzle of housemade dressing.
Pulled Pork: Housemade Midgett BBQ sauce, our 18-hour slow-smoked pulled pork and mozzarella cheese topped with fresh housemade pickle.
